Highvac Aerospace, an ISO 9001-2015 and AS-9100D Company. Highvac Aerospace is a subsidiary of Highvac Company LLC, which was founded in 2001 as a sole proprietorship serving the Semiconductor and Aerospace industry, manufacturing technically-challenging and hard-to-machine aerospace materials for commercial and government-related customers. The owner, an Aerospace Machinist himself, is no stranger to the Aerospace Industry, with experience in working on the Comanche, F117 Stealth, and other military and commercial programs from the early 1990s.

Highvac Aerospace is now dedicating the Aerospace sector of the business directly to the aerospace industry. Armed with the knowledge of precision Aerospace Component Manufacturing, we utilize the latest in Okuma CNC Milling and Lathe Technology in precision machining of prototypes, one-offs, and low-quantity initial production up through high volume production for companies. Along with ISO 9001-2015 and AS-9100D certifications, we follow the stringent Quality System set by the aerospace industry. Because of our high precision and quality, we become a valued supplier for NASA, Boeing, and SpaceX. Projects we have worked on include both the FALCON9 AND FALCON HEAVY PROGRAMS for SpaceX, the Mars program for NASA, and the latest United Launch Alliance Starliner program, along with Tier 1 through Tier 3 suppliers to the Aerospace Industry and the Government. With extensive experience in the machining of Inconel, Titanium, Haynes, Stainless Steel, and other tough-to-machine superalloys, Highvac Aerospace can hold tolerances within tenths of an inch. All of this has given Highvac Aerospace the opportunity for rapid growth within the industry.
